Rafael Foinquinos of Peru
It's with sadness, that we have to announce that Rafael Foinquinos, the Peruvian patriarch, is deceased.
We extend our condoleances to the Foinquinos family in Peru and throughout the world.
I talked to Rafael on the phone. He was a very charming person with a lot of energy and humor. He talked about the family old days in Peru. He was 92 when he died. He will be missed by all who knew him.
